Wednesday, March 5, 2008 My mother was a very special person not only to me and my family but to all those who knew her. I am in hopes that all who visit this site, will help honor my mother wishes with either joining the ride or making a donation to the Gayle Sheldon Memorial Fund (tax deductible) to help not only find a cure, but to make the public aware of this silent and deadly type of cancer. My mother may be gone for this earth but she is with us in spirit and is proud for all who take part in the cause.

Jeff Tuesday, March 11, 2008 Gayle like a lot of people, Gayle was a mom to me. she was actually more than that...she was what a woman is supposed to be.....selfless, strong, supportive, encouraging, helpful, emphathetic, graceful, hopeful, wise, care-giving. she provided so much to so many for so long, she just always seemed to be thinking about the well-being of others, without asking for anything for herself in return. there are many reasons to love Gayle, but for me the most important one is that she loved me just the way i was, even when i wasn't particularly lovely. thanks Gayle
